On November 29, 2024, Altara Hospitality Group and EximRS Real Estate JSC signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the management operations of Sapphire Gem Hai Phong. This ceremony marked an important step forward in developing the capacity of Altara's key majors.

The Sapphire Gem Hai Phong is in a prime location where is opposite East-West Avenue in the VSIP Hai Phong Urban, Industrial and Service Area. This area is oriented to become a municipal city and the new administrative center of Hai Phong City in 2025. Sapphire Gem Hai Phong has a total area of 10.2 hectares including townhouses, commercial townhouses, villas and commercial villas with a synchronousness in internal utilities including kindergartens, green parks, children's playgrounds and community living spaces.
