On January 22, 2022, Taisei VN Facility Management Company signed a strategic partnership with Bankas Company in the iCitizen Program - Smart Citizen. This is a great event and meaningful with both companies.

On December 7th, 2024, a cooperation signing ceremony between Altara Hospitality Group and Linh Phong Conic Construction, Investment and Development Joint Stock Company took place successfully, marking a strong beginning for Altara Hospitality Group's role as Operations Management Consultant for the Conic Boulevard project. 
On November 29, 2024, Altara Hospitality Group and EximRS Real Estate JSC signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the management operations of Sapphire Gem Hai Phong. This ceremony marked an important step forward in developing the capacity of Altara's key majors.
