On May 15, 2025, Altara Hospitality Group continued its annual charity journey to Future Shelter, located in Da Mai 2 Hamlet, Tan Xuan Commune, Ham Tan District, Binh Thuan Province. This familiar destination has long been a place of heartfelt connection, standing as a clear testament to the organization’s enduring commitment to social responsibility and community care.For Altara Hospitality Group, charity is not merely a CSR activity or a seasonal event. It is a steady, unwavering journey that has been sustained over many years. It reflects the spirit of compassion and a deep sense of community responsibility – values that we continue to uphold and spread. Even in times of difficulty, we remain committed to contributing to the future of underprivileged children who need care, protection and encouragement.  Reuniting with familiar faces at the shelter  –  a heartfelt reminder of why this journey matters      Future Shelter is home to nearly 40 children who are either orphans, living with disabilities, or facing special circumstances. Here, the devoted sisters not only care for the children’s basic needs but also provide opportunities for learning and play, allowing them to grow up in an environment filled with love. This quiet dedication touched the hearts of Altara Hospitality Group from our very first visit. Over the years, as we continued to accompany the shelter, that connection has remained strong and heartfelt.  Although the number of gifts we bring may not be large, each item carries a deeply human message and profound meaning. From clothing and school supplies to candy and essential goods, every small token is a gentle reminder to the children: “You are not alone”. There will always be people who stand beside you, nurturing hope and giving wings to your dreams. Many children have come and gone through the years, but Altara Hospitality Group remains a constant companion.   Meaningful gifts from Altara Hospitality Group, carrying love and encouragementWe believe that acts of kindness do not always stem from grand gestures. In the first half of 2025, Altara Hospitality Group further solidifies its presence in Vietnam’s premium real estate management sector by taking on the comprehensive operation of The Privé Sales Hub – the model home center of Dat Xanh Group’s upscale residential project. With its refined operational standards and customer-centric services, Altara is set to deliver a luxurious and seamless experience for visitors and prospective homeowners.  

April 30th has always been a pivotal moment in the hearts of the Vietnamese people. It not only evokes the triumphant song of victory but also symbolizes the aspiration for unity, independence and prosperity.  

International Women's Day is an occasion to honor the incredible women who have dedicated themselves tirelessly to society and their professions. With utmost respect and enthusiasm, Altara Hospitality Group organized a memorable event on March 8, 2025, exclusively for our esteemed female members. This special day also served to strengthen the unity among all team members.   

The Year of the Snake is approaching with the breath of spring. The atmosphere filled with excitement in every corner of  Altara Hospitality Group’s office. Yellow chrysanthemums, red envelopes, green sticky rice cakes... are meticulously decorated, creating a cheering feeling for the coming new year.

Last December, Altara Hospitality Group organized many meaningful activities to strengthen solidarity and improve expertise. From Q4/2024, Taisei VN, Vietnam's leading property management service provider, officially announced the rebranding to Altara Hospitality Group. This transformation marks an important milestone in the development journey, affirming Taisei VN's strong commitment to improving service quality and living experience for residents of real estate projects while expanding the scale of our operations to project development consulting, hotels, resorts, commercial and service apartments…  

Altara Hospitality Group's Gala Dinner was successfully held on December 6, 2024, at Lotte Hotel Saigon with the presence of Customers, Partners and staff. 

On December 7th, 2024, a cooperation signing ceremony between Altara Hospitality Group and Linh Phong Conic Construction, Investment and Development Joint Stock Company took place successfully, marking a strong beginning for Altara Hospitality Group's role as Operations Management Consultant for the Conic Boulevard project. 

On November 29, 2024, Altara Hospitality Group and EximRS Real Estate JSC signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the management operations of Sapphire Gem Hai Phong. This ceremony marked an important step forward in developing the capacity of Altara's key majors.
